| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Historický vývoj uzavírání pojistných smluv do současnosti" pojednává o historickém vývoji legislativní úpravy uzavírání pojistných smluv od jeho počátku až po současnost. Autor se zabývá různými faktory, které přispěly ke změnám ve způsobu uzavírání a realizace pojistných smluv, jako je technologický pokrok, změny v právních rámcích a posuny v přístupu společnosti k riziku a pojištění. Práce rovněž poskytuje náhled na současný stav uzavírání pojistné smlouvy na základě poznatků získaných z jejího historického vývoje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis "Historical development of concluding insurance contrats to the present" deals with the historical development of the legislative regulation of insurance contracting from its beginning to the present. The author discusses the various factors that have contributed to changes in the way insurance contracts are entered into and implemented, such as technological advances, changes in legal frameworks and shifts in society's approach to risk and insurance.
