| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá otázky spojené se správou domu a pozemku nemovitostí v režimu bytového spoluvlastnictví. Práce je strukturována do šesti kapitol a uvedena historickým exkurzem, po kterém následuje výklad základních pojmů bytového spoluvlastnictví a správy domu a pozemku. Následně se práce detailně věnuje jednotlivým právům a povinnostem vlastníků jednotek vůči správě domu a pozemku a vůči osobě za takovou správu odpovědné. Samostatná kapitola je věnována jak správě domu a pozemku realizované společenstvím vlastníků jednotek, tak i osobou správce. Závěrem práce uvádí vybrané zahraniční právní úpravy správy domu a pozemku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis examines legal issues related to the administration of a building and tract of land of real estate in the housing co-ownership regime. The thesis is structured into six chapters and is introduced with a historical excursion, which is followed by an explanation of the key terms of housing co-ownership and house and plot management. Subsequently, the individual rights and obligations of the owners of the units towards the management of the house and land and towards the person responsible for such management are analyzed. A separate chapter is devoted both to the management of the house and plot carried out by the unit owners association, as well as by the building manager. Finally, the thesis presents selected foreign legal regulations on house and plot management. |
