| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem veřejných sbírek v České republice. Práce popisuje podmínky pořádání a způsoby provádění veřejných sbírek, přičemž pracuje zejména se zákonem č. 117/2001 Sb., o veřejných sbírkách. V teoretické části se také zabývá neziskovými organizacemi a fundraisingem. Cílem práce je přiblížení konceptu veřejných sbírek jako jednoho z fundraisingových nástrojů. V návaznosti na teorii se práce v praktické části zaměřuje na jednu z největších a nejznámějších veřejných sbírek u nás, Tříkrálovou sbírku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the concept of public collections in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes conditions of organization and methods of conducting public collections under the Public Collections Act. Furthermore, the theoretical part of this thesis deals with nonprofit organisations and fundraising. It is the aim of this thesis to explore public collections as one of fundraising´s primary methods. The empirical part shows one of the biggest and best known public collections in the Czech Republic. |
