| Abstract: | Úkolem diplomové je seznámit a představit veřejnosti nepříliš známou profesi notáře. Úvod je věnován historii, a to od úplně prvních zmínek o notářích, tedy jejich příchodu na naše území až do roku 1848. Další část pojednává o osobě notáře, jeho činnosti, pravomocech a notářské samosprávě. Část odborná je zaměřena na prameny práva, literaturu a právní předpisy. Ve stěžejní části je rozbor a porovnání současné právní úpravy s úpravami předchozími a závěr se věnuje možnostem rozvoje notariátu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis task is to acquaint and introduce the not-so-well-known profession of a notary to the public. The introduction is devoted to history, from the very first mentions of notaries, i.e. their arrival in our territory until 1848. The next section deals with the person of the notary, his activities, powers and notarial self-government. Part of the professional is focused on sources of law, literature and legislation. The key part is the analysis and comparison of the current legislation with the previous ones, and the conclusion is devoted to the possibilities of notariat development. |
