| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na popis stanov u společnosti s ručením omezeným co by svého organizačního řádu a sekundárního pramene vlastního statusu a vzájemných práv a povinností angažovaných osob. Práce srovnává ostatní primární dokumenty mezi dalšími obchodními společnostmi a zároveň je srovnává s úpravou práva Spolkové republiky Německo, Rakouska a Slovenské republiky. Akcentována zde je budoucnost úpravy ve formě navrhovaného zákona o obchodních korporacích. |
| Abstract in different language: | The sense of this disertation is description of principles through the companies regulate own questions of existance. I especially focused on topic of limited companiy a and its articles as form of seconadary regulation. The disertation contains a comparison the other czech business companies and caompares with german, austrian and slowakian law. The next topic deals about future of czech regulation in sense of articles limited company. |
