| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci technologie čtvrté průmyslové revoluce ve společnosti Smart Chimps s. r. o. Diplomová práce je složena ze dvou teoretických a jedné praktické části. V první teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané technologie čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, jejich přínosy, rizika a dopad na společnost, ve druhé části jsou potom popsány základní pojmy managementu inovací a inovační metody. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, inovačního projektu, a jeho dokončené a plánované činnosti. Na základě teoretických poznatků a informací o inovačním projektu je tento projekt hodnocen pomocí několika finančních metod, především návratnosti v budoucích letech. Výstupem diplomové práce je seznam doporučení, která již byla aplikována a vypočtené ukazatele pro budoucí očekávání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis is focused on the implementation of the technology of the fourth industrial revolution in the company Smart Chimps s. r. o. The thesis consists of two theoretical and one practical part. The theoretical parts describe selected technologies of the fourth industrial revolution, their benefits, risks and impact on the society, while the second part describes the basic concepts of innovation management and innovation methods. The practical part includes an introduction to the company, the innovation project, and its completed and planned activities. Based on the theoretical knowledge and information about the innovation project, this project is evaluated using several financial methods, especially the return on investment in future years. The output of the thesis is a list of recommendations that have already been applied and calculated indicators for future expectations. |
