| Abstract: | Moje práce je sociálním dokumentem o Sboru dobrovolných hasičů z Horšovského Týna. Zachycuje jeho běžné fungování, atmosféru pravidelných nedělních setkání, příprav na zásah, organizačních schůzek a rozprav o chodu spolku. Dobrovolní hasiči se účastní a zároveň podílí na organizaci mnoha sportovních a kulturních společenských akcí ve městě. Další aktivitou sboru je účast v soutěžích požárního sportu, které probíhají převážně v letních měsících, ozvláštněním sezony bývají například noční závody. Činnost spolku jsem dokumentovala bezmála 1 rok. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main interest of my social document is Volunteer Fire Department in Horšovský Týn, where I live. I was curious about interventions, running of the association and about actions in the backstage of the fire station, which are hidden from the public. Soon I found out that most of the interventions are very sensitive from a moral point of view. I think it is important to respect these situations, so I took photos of the interventions where people have not been included. As time goes by, I got more and more interested in events and fire dispute, which they held or participated in. During this time, I was researching relationships between members, their hobbies, routines and more. I took the photos for almost a year, so I decided to create publication which shows process of the whole artwork. The photos I used are sorted to chapters according to the theme. The best of these photographs was selected for the exhibition and accompanied by two series of prints with objective and subjective point of view. |
