| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá moderními dějinami historického městečka Rabštejna nad Střelou, konkrétně jeho vývojem od roku 1945. Práce vychází z dostupných archivních pramenů a z rozhovorů s pamětníky; přináší pohled na vývoj Rabštejna po druhé světové válce, který byl zásadním způsobem ovlivněn značným úbytkem obyvatelstva a nedostatkem pracovních příležitostí ve městě a blízkém okolí. Těmto faktorům se věnují první dvě kapitoly práce, na něž navazuje kapitola týkající se zemědělství a způsobů využití ostatních ploch, které jsou převážně tvořeny lesy. Politický a veřejný život a přehled služeb, které byly občanům Rabštejna dostupné ve druhé polovině 20. století, tvoří náplň dalších dvou kapitol, na něž navazují poznatky o možnostech kulturního a sportovního vyžití v Rabštejně zachycené v kapitole šesté. Předposlední sedmá kapitola charakterizuje problematiku další výstavby města v poválečném období. Následuje závěrečná kapitola nastiňující současnou podobu života v Rabštejně nad Střelou, který je již od roku 1980 pouhou městskou částí města Manětína, přesto však hojně vyhledávanou nejen turisty. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the modern history of the historic town of Rabstejn nad Strelou, specifically its development since 1945. The thesis is based on available archival sources and interviews with witnesses; it brings a view of the development of Rabstejn after the Second World War, which was fundamentally influenced by a significant decrease in the population and a lack of job opportunities in the town and the surrounding area. These factors are addressed in the first two chapters of the work, which are followed by a chapter related to agriculture and ways of using other areas, which are mainly made up of forests. Political and public life and an overview of the services that were available to the citizens of Rabstejn in the second half of the 20th century form the content of the next two chapters, which are followed by the knowledge about the opportunities of cultural and sports activities available in Rabstejn recorded in the sixth chapter. The penultimate seventh chapter characterizes the issue of further construction of the town in the post-war period. This is followed by the final chapter outlining the current form of life in Rabstejn nad Strelou, which has been a mere urban part of the city of Manetin since 1980, but is nevertheless widely sought after by not only tourists. |
