| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na automatizaci skladového prostoru v podniku zabývajícím se kusovou výrobou svařenců na zakázku. Pro návrh automatizace je použita ABC analýza všech položek ve skladu a provedena jejich kategorizace. Součástí práce je tvorba 3D prostorového uspořádání v aplikaci Vistable. Na základě požadavků podniku a existujících omezení jsou prozkoumány možnosti automatizace v oblasti skladování a manipulace s materiálem. Výstupem je variantně navržená automatizace stávajícího skladu související s navýšením skladové kapacity vzhledem k lepšímu využití prostoru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the automation of a storage area in a company specializing in the production of welded pieces. ABC analysis of all items in the warehouse and their categorization is used for the automation concept. The thesis includes creation of a 3D spatial layout in software Vistable. Based on the requirements of the company and the existing constraints, automation options in warehousing and material handling are investigated. The output is an optionally proposed automation of the current warehouse and an extension of the warehouse capacity due to better space utilization. |
