| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj právní úpravy oddlužení v ČR. Chronologickým srovnáním klíčových novel se pokoušíme zjistit, jak se institut oddlužení vyvíjel v čase a jaké jsou bariéry oddlužení pro zadlužené občany. Práce se zaměřuje i na budoucí vývoj oddlužení v ČR, zejména pak s ohledem na evropskou legislativu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the development of the legal regulation of debt relief in the Czech Republic. By chronologically comparing the key amendments, we try to find out how the institution of debt relief developed over time and what are the barriers to debt relief for indebted citizens. The thesis also focuses on the future development of debt relief in the Czech Republic, especially with regard to European legislation. |
