| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odborného vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením v hodinách odborného výcviku. V teoretické části vymezuje specifika těchto žáků, popisuje cíle, úkoly a organizaci pracovní výchovy žáků. Dále představuje Odborné učiliště a Praktickou školu v Plzni a prezentuje její učební obor Kuchařské práce. Následně se zabývá didaktickými postupy, zásadami a popisuje některé vyučovací metody využívané v hodinách odborného výcviku. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je sledování činností učitelů a žáků na čtyřech pracovištích a ověření efektivity vybraných didaktických metod využívaných v hodinách odborného výcviku oboru Kuchařské práce, dále sledování a hodnocení samostatné práce žáků. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou pomocí otevřeného kódování vyhodnocené rozhovory provedené s učiteli a se žáky čtyř plzeňských pracovišť. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor?s thesis deals with the issues concerning specialised education intended for the mentally disturbed pupils at the lessons of vocational education. In the theoretical part the particularities of the handicapped are established and the aims, tasks and organization of vocational education are described. In this part the Training Institution and Vocational School located in Pilsen are presented as well as the training field ? cookery. In addition to it the didactic methods, principles are in question, that is why there?s given an account of some particular teaching techniques. The targets set in the practical part of my thesis are on the one hand to follow the teachers and pupils? activities alike at four different workplaces and on the other hand to put to test the efficiency of the vocational training in the cookery field and assess how the pupils are able to work on their own. In the conclusion of the thesis we assess the interview carried out with the teachers and pupils at the four workplaces mentioned above with the help of the tried-and-true rating. |
