| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem trestů a způsobu jejich výkonu na území České republiky v letech 1918-1989. Vývoj je rozdělen do dvou kapitol a to do období První republiky a období komunistického režimu, přičemž na začátku každé kapitoly je zmíněn legislativní vývoj trestního práva. Následně je věnována kapitola komparaci daných období, kde jsou zmíněny hlavní rozdíly, které vývoj trestního práva přinesl. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the development of punishments and the method of their execution in the Czech Republic between 1918 and 1989. The development is divided into two chapters, namely the period of the First Republic and the period of the communist regime, and at the beginning of each chapter the legislative development of criminal law is mentioned. The final chapter is devoted to a comparison of the two periods, where the main differences brought about by the development of criminal law are mentioned. |
