| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právněhistorický vývoj portugalského Nového státu (Estado Novo). Pomocí metody deskripce a analýzy jsou představeny jeho kořeny, ideologické principy, instituce a zejména právní rámec. Pozornost je věnována i osobě Antónia de Oliveiry Salazara, atypického diktátora, bez kterého by Nový stát nevznikl, a po jehož smrti se také režim brzy zhroutil. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the legal-historical development of the Portuguese New State (Estado Novo). Using the method of description and analysis, its roots, ideological principles, institutions, and especially the legal framework are presented. Attention is also paid to the figure of António de Oliveira Salazar, an atypical dictator without whom the New State would not have arisen, and after whose death the regime soon collapsed. |
