| Abstract: | Obsahem této práce je zkoumání problematiky vymezení věci dle římského práva a její vliv na úpravu ve vybraných současných soukromoprávních kontinentálních kodexech. Pro účely této práce je stěžejní 3. a 4. část, kdy 3. část je zaměřena na vymezení věci podle římského práva a 4. je již věnována definici dle vybraných právních předpisů, přičemž k prokázání vlivu je použita především komparační metoda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The content of this thesis is an examination of the problem of the definition of thing under Roman law and its influence on the regulation under selected contemporary private law continental codes. For the purpose of this thesis, the central parts are 3 and 4. Part 3 focuses on the definition of thing under Roman law and Part 4 is already devoted to the definition under the selected legal codes, with the comparative method mainly used to demonstrate the influence. |
