| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy cenzury v Československu po roce 1945 do současnosti. V práci dále najdeme vymezení pojmu cenzura, její základní dělení a právněhistorický vývoj počátků cenzury se zaměřením na české země. Zejména jsou rozebrána ustanovení cenzurních zákonů z oblasti tisku a dalších hromadných informačních prostředků. Diplomová práce pojednává také o cenzurních aktivitách v oblasti Českolipska. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the development of censorship legislation in Czechoslovakia since 1945. In the thesis, we will also find the definition of the term censorship, its basic division and the legal-historical development of the beginnings of censorship with a focus on the Czech countries. In particular, the provisions of censorship laws in the area of the press and other mass information media are discussed. The diploma thesis also discusses censorship activities in the area of Českolipsko. |
