| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku přístupnosti a implementace principů univerzálního designu ve vybrané veřejné službě na území města Plzně. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na klíčové pojmy, jako jsou přístupnost a univerzální design. V rámci výzkumné části jsou tato témata zkoumána na konkrétním příkladu veřejné služby, a to z hlediska legislativního zajištění přístupnosti, terénní analýzy současného stavu a zkušeností osob z cílových skupin. Závěr práce přináší návrhy na úpravy zjištěných nedostatků daného místa. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis examines the issue of accessibility and implementation of universal design principles in a selected public service within the territory of the city of Pilsen. The theoretical focuses on key concepts such as accessibility and universal design. In the research section, these topics are explored using a specific example of a public service, focusing on legislative provisions for accessibility, on-site analysis of the current situation and experiences of individuals from target groups. The conclusion of the thesis provides proposals for amendment of identified deficiencies at the specified location. |
