| Abstract: | Na začátku mé bakalářské práce popisuji místní referendum ve vybraných zahraničních zemích. Další kapitola je věnovaná podrobnému popisu místního referenda v České republice. Na to navazuje judikatura a poslední kapitola se týká místního referenda, které se konalo v Plzni v tomto roce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the topic of local referendum. At first local referendums in selected foreign countries are described. The following chapter is dedicated to a detailed description of local referendum in the Czech Republic, followed by jurisdiction. The final part deals with the local referendum held in Pilsen this year (in 2013). |
