| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza činností logistické firmy RMT Logistik s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy související s logistikou. Na základě popsaných teoretických poznatků o logistice byla vytvořena praktická část. V praktické části jsou popsány procesy probíhající ve firmě. Součástí práce je dále popis odběratelů a konkurentů společnosti. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza firemních procesů, jejich informačních a hmotných toků v rámci společnosti. Na základě získaných informací jsou v závěru práce vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení, které by mohly společnosti do budoucna pomoci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis describes activity of the logistics company RMT Logistik s.r.o. All is based on conducted analyses and information coming from the company resources. The thesis is divided into two parts. The principal object of the theoretical part is to describe the basic concepts related to logistics. Subsequently, elements of theoretical part are applied in the second practical part. In this part, overview of the company processes is given. At the end the description of competitors and suppliers is conducted. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze company processes as well as the material and information flows and to introduce possible suggestions that could help the company in the future. |
