| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá studií dalšího využití zámku Trhanov z pohledu cestovního ruchu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a z praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy z marketingového mixu a marketingovým výzkumem. V praktické části je charakterizována obec Trhanov, její historie, památky a občanská vybavenost. Dále je zde popsán současný stav zámku a jeho marketingový mix. V další části byla pomocí technik marketingového výzkumu zkoumána spokojenost návštěvníků. Na základě tohoto výzkumu byly navrhnuty možnosti využití zámku a zlepšující opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the study for further use of the Trhanov castle from the tourism point of view. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with concepts of the marketing mix and marketing research. The practical part is describe Trhanov community, its history, monuments and amenities. It is also descibed the current status of the castle and its marketing mix. The next part was studied visitor satisfaction with the help of techniques of marketing research. Based on this research were suggested the options of using the castle and improvement measures. |
