| Abstract: | Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce bylo zpracování projektu založení centra volnočasových aktivit či centra relaxace a tímto vytvoření návrhu pro další možné využívání areálu současného školicího střediska společnosti ASPERA v obci Plástovice. V práci bylo popsáno okolí objektu a analyzováno z hlediska volnočasové atraktivity. Dále byla odůvodněna volba umístění i zaměření volnočasového centra a současně popsána cyklistická situace v České republice i ve světě. Projekt samotný je následně popisován zejména pomocí marketingového mixu. Byly definovány cílové skupiny projektu, vypracována SWOT analýza plánovaného cyklocentra a současně sestaven časový harmonogram jeho realizace. Výstupem této práce je zpracovaný projekt vybudování cyklistického střediska s názvem Cyklocentrum Na Blatech, který je návrhem pro další možné využívání výše zmíněného objektu a současně podkladem pro jeho případnou budoucí realizaci. Výsledná práce bude předložena ke zvážení majiteli objektu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The target of the presented bachelor thesis was to create and treat a leisure activities or relaxation center formation project and to create a proposal for next future usage of the current ASPERA company training center in the same time. The surroundings of this mentioned building was described in the thesis and analyzed for its leisure atractivity. The next step was to give reasons for the location and orientation of the intended center. The cycling situation in the Czech republic and in the whole world was described too. The project itself was then described particularly with the help of marketing mix. The target client groups of the project were defined, the SWOT analysis was worked out and in the same time the detailed timetable of the project realization was prepared. The output of this thesis is the developed project of the cycling center construction with the name ?Cyklocentrum Na Blatech?, which should be used as a proposal for the next possible usage of the mentioned building and in the same time it sould serve as a manual in the case of realization. The resulting thesis is going to be presented for consideration to the owner of the grounds of the current training center. |
