| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na prevnci nozokomiálních nákaz při ošetřování centrálních žilnách katétrů. Teoretická část podává informace souvicející se zmíněnou problematikou od historie přes doporučená preventivní opatření až po komplikace a jejich nejčastější příčiny. Shrnutím těchto údajů chce autorka zdůraznit význam a široký rozsah problému, na který se ve své práci zaměřuje. Součástí teoretické části je přehled opatření a doporučení, která se v současné době provádí ve FN pro zvyšování kvality ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část slouží k ověření znalostí v problematice prevence, šíření nozokomálních nákaz a prevence infekce cévného řečiště, zejména infekcí souvisejících se zavadením centrálních žilních katétrů. Dalším cílem je zhodnocení doporučených postupů, které jsou uvedeny v teoretické části. ve své práci autorka předkládá opatření ke zlepšení situace na základě ověření nebo vyvrácení hypotéz. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis concentrates on problems of prevention of nosocomial infections in treating central venous catheters. The theoretical part gives information previously with the mentioned problem from its history preventive measures up to complications and their common causes. bz resuming all these data the present wratiter points out trhe meaning and bread of the problem with is in the centre of her attention. The theoretical part also includes of measures and recommendations that introduced in the University Hospital in Pilsen are aimed at increasing the quality nursing care. The practical part serves as a guideline for the verification of knowledge od problems connected with prevention of nosocomial infections and preventions of blood stream infection, especially infections related to insertion oc central venous catheters. The fillowing objective of this part is to evaluate recommended methods listed in the theoretical part. The autor aslo suggests measures how to improve conditiones on teh basis of verification or invalidation of hzpotheses. |
