| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Názory sociálních pracovníků v Plzni na změny pěstounské péče vyplývající z novelizace zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Cílem práce je seznámit se s novelizací zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, přičemž větší pozornost je věnována institutu pěstounské péče a změnám, jež v tomto institutu v roce 2013 nastaly. Teoretická část je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře se systémem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v České republice. Následující kapitola se věnuje popisu náhradní rodinné péče jakožto jednoho z nástrojů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Ve třetí a čtvrté kapitole je blíže charakterizována pěstounská péče a to jednak z jejího historického hlediska a jednak z pohledu zprostředkování pěstounské péče. Následující tři kapitoly se věnují procesu novelizace zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. Čtenář je seznámen s jednotlivými důvody novelizace i současnými změnami v systému a nově zavedenými fenomény. Obsahem praktické části je interpretace výzkumného šetření, které je zaměřeno na vnímání novelizace zákona sociálními pracovníky v Plzni, kteří se zabývají náhradní rodinnou péčí. Autorka práce se zaměřila především na názory těchto pracovníků na současné změny pěstounské péče. Potřebné informace pro zpracování výzkumného šetření autorka získala na základě provedených rozhovorů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis Opinions of social workers in Pilsen on changes in foster care resulting from the amendment of the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children is divided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the amendment of the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children. More attention is given to foster care and changes in this institute in 2013. The theoretical part is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the reader to the system of social and legal protection of children in the Czech Republic. The next chapter is devoted to the description of foster care as a tool of social and legal protection of children. In the third and fourth chapter is characterized foster care in more detail, both from its historical perspective and from the mediation of foster care. The next three chapters are devoted to the process of amending the act on social and legal protection of children. The reader is acquainted with the particular reasons for amendments and also with the changes and the new phenomenon in the system. The practical part is the interpretation of the research on how social workers who deal with foster care perceive amendment of the act in Pilsen. The author focuses primarily on the opinions of these workers to the current changes of foster care. The information needed for processing the survey author gained through the interviews. |
