| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je podat čtivý výklad o právní úpravě a konstrukci českých platidel ? českých bankovek a mincí, podat historické aspekty českého oběživa a poukázat taktéž na trestněprávní aspekty na úseku bankovek a mincí. V práci bude využito především metody deskripce a analýzy jednotlivých ustanovení v právních předpisech. Budu vycházet především z pramenů platného českého práva a dále z publikací, které se zabývají měnovým právem, případně trestnými činy s touto oblastí souvisejícími. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to provide a readable interpretation of the legislation and construction Czech banknotes and coins - Czech banknotes and coins, an historical aspects of the Czech currency and also refer to the criminal aspects of the field notes and coins. The work will be mainly used method description and analysis of the provisions in the legislation. I will be mainly based on the current Czech law sources and publications that deal with monetary law, or crimes related to this area. |
