| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvojových záměrů financovaných ze zdrojů EU. První kapitola stručně popisuje Evropskou unii, její fondy a operační programy. Další část práce se zaměřuje pouze ROP NUTS II Jihozápad. Je vymezen globální cíl, specifické cíle, prioritní osy a řídící orgán programu. Následuje vysvětlení, jakým způsobem jsou projekty monitorovány a hodnoceny. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje činnost TJ Sokol Plzeň 1 a profil rozvojového záměru. Další část práce se věnuje CBA. Dochází ke stanovení zájmového území a beneficientů. Následuje identifikace přínosů a nákladů a poté jejich kvantifikace. Analýza je završena ekonomickým hodnocením projektu. Pátá kapitola porovnává plán realizace se skutečným průběhem rozvojového záměru. Práci završuje závěrečné zhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the development projects financed from EU funds. The first chapter briefly describes the European Union, its funds and operational programs. Next part is devoted solely to the ROP NUTS II Southwest. There is defined global objective, specific objectives, priority axes and the managing authority of the program. Follows an explanation of how the projects are monitored and evaluated. The third chapter describes the activity of TJ Sokol Pilsen 1 and the profile of the project. Next part of the work focuses on the CBA. There is determination of the area and the project beneficiaries. This part is followed by the description of the benefits and costs and their quantification. The analysis is completed by economic evaluation of the project. The final chapter compares the plan with a real development plan during the execution. Work completes the final evaluation of the project. |
