| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo otestovat a vyhodnotit konkurenceschopnost nově vyvinuté tenké vrstvy TiB2/TiBC. Práce zahrnuje zhodnocení současného stavu tenkých vrstev a způsoby jejich nanášení na základní substrát. Součástí práce je taktéž experimentální část, ve které je provedeno otestování nástrojů s vrstvou TiB2/TiBC, TiAlN, Triple Coating a nástroje bez vrstvy přičemž je sledováno opotřebení řezného břitu a měřeny řezné síly při obrábění. Na základě těchto výsledků je pak provedeno technicko-ekonomické hodnocení a porovnání jednotlivých vrstev. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this thesis was to determine the competitiveness of new developed thin layer TiB2/TiBC. This thesis includes present state of thin layers and their applications on the substrate. Then the thesis includes experimental part which is carried out testing of tools with deposited thin layers TiB2/TiBC, TiAlN, Triple-Coating and toll without layer. On these tools was observed tool wear and measured cutting forces during machining. Technical and economical evaluation is made from the results of the experiment. Also technical and economical evaluation includes comparison of the layers. |
