| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice detekce homogenních oblastí v obraze. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem homogenní oblast a popsány tři metody pro detekci těchto oblastí ? Laplacián gaussiánu, Hinzova metoda a MSER (Maximálně stabilní extrémní oblasti) [4]. V experimentální části jsou tyto metody porovnávány na pokusných snímcích z různých oblastí uvažovaného použití. Hlavním cílem je úspěšná detekce nádoru jater na lékařských snímcích a dále jsou metody testovány pro detekci očí v obličeji a pro dálkový průzkum Země. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis is devoted to the detection of homogeneous areas in an image. In theoretical part is explained the concept of homogeneous area and described three metods for detection of these areas ? The Laplacian of Gaussian, Hinz method [3] and MSER (Maximally stable extremal regions) [4]. In experimental part there are these methods tested on various images and the results are compared. The main target is succesfull detecion of liver tumor in medical images and next planned use is for detection of eyes in human face or for remote sensing of Earth. |
