| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje podmínky mezinárodní přepravy zboží silniční dopravou, železniční, vzdušnou a námořní či říční. Rozebírá úmluvy, jako jsou CMR, COTIF, Montrealská úmluva, CMNI a Hamburská pravidla. Popisuje nám práva a povinnosti smluvních stran, odpovědnost dopravce a náhradu škody. Poslední kapitola je věnována dodacím podmínkám INCOTERMS 2010, které jsou sice více spojovány s mezinárodní kupní smlouvou, obsahují ale důležitá ustanovení o přepravě zboží či jeho pojištění. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work discribes the condtions of the international transportation of goods by truck, by train, by plane and by ship. It also analyses the main convetions, such as CMR, COTIF, Montreal Convetion, CMNI and Hamburg rules. Discribes rights and obligations of the parties, responsibility of the carrier and compensation for damage. The last chapter of this work deals with the terms of delivery INCOTERMS 2010, which are usually part of the international purchase agreement. They are also very important for transportation, because they contain provisions of the transportation and insurance of the goods. |
