| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci se věnuji transplantacím a jejich vývoji v průběhu staletími. Na transplantace a na celé téma je nahlíženo z historického hlediska. Nejprve se zaměřuji na transplantace v jednotlivých obdobích vývoje lidstva. Na to navazuje další část, kterou je popis používaných technik při tkáňových transplantacích. V předposlední části se věnuji orgánovým transplantacím a technikám používaných při transplantaci srdce, plic, jater či ledvin. V úplném závěru jsem se pokusila o náhled do budoucnosti transplantací. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my bachelor's thesis I am interested in a transplants and thein evolution over the centuries. The transplants and the whole theme are viewed from a historic perspective. At first I am focused on the transplants gradually over periods of evolution of humankind. It is followed parts aboat using methods of tissue transplantation. The third part focuses on organ transplantation and methods of transplants of the heart, the lungs, the liver or the kidneys. In the end of my work I was tried decribe a future of transplants. |
