| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena problematiku exkluze marginalizovaných skupin ve veřejného prostoru na území města Plzně. Zvláště bych se chtěl zaměřit na jihozápadní část města, která se nazývá Vnitřní město, tedy okolí parku na Husově náměstí a přilehlé ulice. Park na Husově náměstí je po rekonstrukci, která proběhla v roce 2008, přetvořen k obrazu moderního parku. Tato část města a její veřejné prostory jsou intensivně využívány především romskou minoritou, která zde bydlí, ale také tvoří důležitou dopravní spojku mezi centrem a autobusovým nádražím |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to describe the use of public space in particular case of Husovo náměstí in Pilsen. The city is not just a simple term which we can easily describe, but its structure largely affects human interaction in it. These interactions are characterized by heterogeneity of actors who participate in actions in public space. In the normative definition of the public space is an area for all people without unlimited access. However, in practise we often face a fact that the access to the public space is limited by the city government. The reason for this exclusion is a transgressive character of acts in public space made by its users. I also focus on ways in which public space is controlled - formal and informal, produced and reproduced. |
