| Abstract: | Souhrn: Práce se zabývá manažerskými specifiky pro efektivní řízení běžného pracoviště a pracoviště ve zdravotnictví a především specifiky řízení ošetřovatelského týmu nejnižší, tedy liniovou sestrou manažerkou. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy management, manažer a jeho hlavní kompetence, řízením lidských zdrojů a specifiky manažera ve zdravotnictví. Nakonec osvětluji pojem ošetřovatelský tým. V praktické části se věnuji kvantitativnímu výzkumu, kterým se snažím zmapovat spokojenost sester s řízením ošetřovatelského týmu, jehož jsou součástí. |
| Abstract in different language: | Summary: The paper deals with the managerial specifics for effective management of the current workplace and working in health care, especially specifics of the nursing team lowest, ie a regular nurse manager. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of management, executive and its core competencies, human resource management and specifics manager in health care. Finally, I explain the concept of the nursing team. In the practical part focuses on quantitative research, to try to map the satisfaction of nurses with nursing management team of which they are a part. |
