| Abstract: | Tato Diplomová práce pojednává o využívání nástrojů podnikatelské etiky a konceptu společenské odpovědnosti firem. Zjištuji rozdíly míry využívání mezi malými, středními a velkými podniky. Práce má za cíl odpovědět na otázku zda implementování nástrojů podnikatelské etiky a přijetí konceptu společenské odpovědnosti firem je pro podniky přinosné. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis discusses the use of the tools of business ethics and the concept of corporate social responsibility. I find differences in extent of use between small, medium, and large enterprises. The work aim to answer the question whether implementing of tools of business ethics and adoption of the concept of corporate social responsibility for businesses beneficial. |
