| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací metody 5S do prostředí strojírenské výroby, konkrétně do společnosti diamorph hob certec, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky metody 5S. Praktická část popisuje aplikaci jednotlivých kroků metody 5S na vybrané pracoviště společnosti a úspěšnost zavedení metody 5S na toto pracoviště. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the application of 5S tool into the engineering production enviroment, specifically into the company diamorph hob certec, LTD. In the theoretical part there are described the individual steps of 5S tool. The practical part descirebes the application of individulal steps of 5S tool on the selected workplace of this company and its successful implementation at this work place. |
