Abstract: Cilem teto prace bylo provest procesni analyzu spolecnosti ASTRO KOVO Plzen s.r.o. a ohodnotit identifikovana rizika pomoci metodologie FMEA. V prvni casti byla spolecnost charakterizovana svym internim a externim prostredim a pote byl sestaven jeji strategicky zamer vcetne definovani jeji vize a dlouhodobych strategickych cilu. Strategicky plan byl pote rozpracovan do planu podnikatelskeho pri respektovani rizik, ktera by mohla jeho naplneni ovlivnit. Na zaklade klicovych rizik byly sestaveny zakladni scenare financnich planu vcetne realistickeho, ktery je vhodny k implementaci pro naplneni stanovenych cilu. V druhe casti teto prace byly rozebrany a charakterizovany interni procesy spolecnosti se zamerenim na hlavni, u nichz byla identifikovana a hodnocena rizika pomoci metodologie FMEA. Pro odhalena kriticka rizika byla navrzena dodatecna napravna opatreni spolu s uvazenim zdroju pro jejich realizaci. Bylo overeno, ze interni procesy spolecnosti jsou v souladu se stanovenym strategickym zamerem.
Abstract in different language: The aim of this thesis was to document a process analysis of the company ASTRO KOVO Plzen Ltd. and assess identified risks using FMEA methodology. In the opening part, the internal and external environmental factors of the company were presented. Subsequently, its strategic plan was set out, including the company's mission, vision and long term goals. The strategic plan is then worked up into a business plan whilst taking into account potential risks, which could influence and impede its fulfilment. Based on the key risk factors, three primary strategic scenarios were outlined resulting in the formation of the Realistic scenario, which would be then suitable for further implementation to reach set goals. In the second part, all the company's internal processes were described, focusing more on the core processes, with their associated risks being identified and assessed using the FMEA methodology. For the critical risk factors, preventative measures were designed taking into consideration the financial sources for their implementation. This thesis has confirmed that the internal processes are aligned with the strategic goals of the company.
