| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací učitele s rodinou v programu Začít spolu na základních školách v Plzni. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, o které se v práci opíráme. V prvních kapitolách představujeme program Začít spolu, rozdíly mezi běžnou základní školou a školou s tímto programem. Zabýváme se vztahem učitele a rodiče, uvádíme některé zásady správné komunikace. Hlavní kapitolou je kapitola č. 3, která se zabývá možnostmi spolupráce učitele s rodinou v programu Začít spolu. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze těchto možností spolupráce na základních školách v Plzni formou dotazníkového šetření a interview. Součástí práce je praktické doporučení pro učitele, které se týká spolupráce s rodinou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is related to the cooperation between the teacher and parents in the program Step by step at primary schools in Pilsen. The theretical part devotes to the specification of basic terms, that we use in the whole dissertation. In first chapters we introduce the program Step by step, differences between the common school and the school with program Step by step. We look into the relation of the teacher and parents, we introduce some principles of the correct communication. The main chapter is the chapter three, that is related to ways of the cooperation of teachers and parents in the program Step by step. The practical part of this diploma thesis dedicates to the analysis of those ways of the cooperation at primary schools in Pilsen by questionnaires and interviews. This diploma thesis also includes practical suggestions for teachers, that are related to the cooperation with parents. |
