| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Public Relations. V teoretické části je charakterizován pojem Public Relations, jeho nástroje a aktivity, které jsou potřebné k efektivnímu budování veřejných vtahů. V praktické části jsou na základě interních informací popsány používané PR nástroje ve zvolené firmě. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou navržena opatření, které by firma měla aplikovat do praxe. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout taková opatření, která zlepší komunikaci a vztahy mezi firmou a veřejností. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the definition of the concept of public relations (PR). In the theoretical part is characterized koncept Public Relations, his tools and activitys, that are needed to effective construction public relations. In the practical part are described on the basis of the internal information use PR tools in the chosen small company. Using questionnair are suggested measure, that the company should be applied in practice. The aim of this bachelor thesis is suggest such measure, that improve communication and relations between company and public. |
