| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá brazilsko-jihoafrickými vztahy po skončení studené války na pozadí jiho-jižní spolupráce na státní a subsystémové úrovni. Skládá se ze čtyř hlavních částí. První tematickou kapitolou je jiho-jižní spolupráce, což je teoretická část práce (Bandungská konference, Technická spolupráce mezi rozvojovými zeměmi, Akční plán z Buenos Aires, Závěrečná zpráva z Nairobi, Strategický plán UNOSSC pro období 2014-2017). Následuje kapitola o brazilsko-jihoafrických vztazích (stručná historie vztahů, Brazílie a Jihoafrická republika po skončení studené války, Brazílie a Jihoafrická republika: nové střední mocnosti). Poslední dvě kapitoly se zabývají spoluprací Brazílie a JAR na subsystémové úrovni, pozornost je tedy věnována uskupením IBSA a BRICS. |
| Abstract in different language: | This paper provides an analysis of the relations between Brazil and South Africa after the end of the Cold war on the state and subsystem level. It has four main parts. The first chapter is about the South-South Cooperation (Bandung Conference, technical cooperation among developing countries, Buenos Aires Plan of Action, Nairobi Outcome Document, UNOSSC Strategic Framework 2014-2017). The following chapter is aimed on Brazil-South Africa relations (brief history, Brazil and South Africa after the Cold War, Brazil and South Africa as the new middle powers). The remaining two chapter are aimed on Brazil-South Africa cooperation on the subsystem level (IBSA, BRICS). |
