| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce jsou stravovací návyky žáků 2. stupně základních škol v Karlových Varech. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám ovlivněním dětí ve svých stravovacích návycích, zásadami správných stravovacích návyků. Dále definuji a charakterizuji výživová doporučení pro žáky 2.stupně od šesté do deváté třídy. V praktické části byl realizován výzkum kvantitativní metodou - dotazníkem. Výzkum byl realizován na třech základních školách v Karlových Varech. Výsledky jsou zpracovány podle hypotéz. Na základě výsledků jsou zamítnuté či potvrzené hypotézy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with eating habits of the second degree students from 6th to 9th class of elementary schools in Karlovy Vary. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the influence of children in their eating habits and the principles of healthy eating habits. Further there is a definition and characterization of the dietary guidelines for the second degree students from 6th to 9th class. In the practical part there was conducted a quantitative research method - a questionnaire. The research was conducted at three elementary schools in Karlovy Vary. The results of this research are processed according to hypothesis and are offered as recommendations to improve student´s eating habits. |
