| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zvýšení trvanlivosti střihacích nožů využívaných ve firmě SHAPE pro střihání vyprofilovaných nárazníků ze svitku plechu. Výchozím materiálem byla rychlořezná ocel ČSN 19 830 s TiAlN povlakem. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem možných technologií pro výrobu těchto nožů. V experimentální části byly vyhotoveny nože pomocí 3 různých technologií. Následně bylo zkoumáno chování daných nožů ve výrobním procesu a vyhodnocení jejich trvanlivosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of increasing the durability of the shearing blades used in the company SHAPE for cutting profiled bumpers from the coil plate. The starting material was a high speed steel CSN 19 830 TiAlN coating. The theoretical part describes the possible technologies for the production of these knives. In the experimental part of my bachelor thesis the knives were drawn up using 3 different technologies. Subsequently, the behaviour of the blades in the manufacturing process and the evaluation of durability was examined. |
