| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza pracovní doby a práce přesčas dle zákoníku práce a následná analýza v oblasti dopravy. Pracovní doba v oblasti dopravy je ovšem velmi problematická, takže cílem této kapitoly je vymezení pojmů týkajících se dopravy a srovnání dohody AETR s Nařízením S 561/2006. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is the analysis of working hours and overtime in accordance with the Labour Code and subsequent analysis in the field of transport. Working hours in the transport sector, however, is very problematic, so the goal of this chapter is to define the terms relating to transport and AETR compared with Regulation S 561/2006. |
