| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje, jakým způsobem je v současných veřejně dostupných zdrojích (v médiích a na ministerských portálech) reprezentovaná ruská rozvojová asistence. První část práce se věnuje představení kontextu, ke kterému je třeba přihlédnout, je to zaprvé historická zkušenost Ruska s Rozvojem a zadruhé porovnání ruského přístupu s koncepcí rozvoje dle OECD. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze, která vychází z dat zpracovaných v programu MAXQDA. Dle výstupů z analýzy a při přihlédnutí ke kontextu lze v závěru potvrdit hypotézu, která stanovila, že ve ruských veřejně dostupných zdrojích dochází k odlišnému chápání rozvojové pomoci, než je tomu na Západě. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis analyzes the way that Russian development assistance is presented in publicly available texts (media and government documents). First part of the thesis introduces the context which is necessary to take into account - its the historical experience Russia has had with development and a comparison of the Russian and OECD approaches. The second part of the thesis deals with the data analysis that was realized in MAXQDA software. Based on the context and the outputs from the analysis we can state that the Russian development assistance is presented in a different manner than the development is understood by the West. |
