| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývala analýzou personálních procesů ve společnosti Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, s. r. o.. Cílem bylo najít slabé stránky personálních procesů a na základě toho navrhnout taková opatření, která by vedla k následnému zefektivnění těchto procesů a k posílení jejich konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Systém zmíněných procesů byl analyzován díky zúčastněnému pozorování, dotazníkovému šetření a pomocí strukturovaného a nestrukturovaného rozhovoru. V souladu s potřebami organizace tedy byla navržena taková opaření, která pomohou fungování zmíněných personálních procesů zefektivnit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel processes at the company Hellmann Worldwide Logistics s.r.o. The objective was to find the weaknesses of personnel processes and, based on that, to propose measures that would lead to the subsequent streamlining of these processes and to the strengthening of their competitiveness on the market. The system of mentioned processes was analyzed thanks to participant observation and by using structured and unstructured interviews. In accordance with the needs of the organization, therefore, such measures were designed to help streamline the functioning of the above-mentioned personnel processes. |
