| Abstract: | Cílem práce je popsat současný stav CRM ve společnosti Santa Fe Relocation Services s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření, která by mohla vylepšit samotnou konkurenceschopnost společnosti. Práce se skládá z pěti hlavních částí. První část se věnuje pouze teorii. Po ní následuje popis současné situace ve společnosti. Třetí část se zaměřuje již na samotnou společnost Santa Fe Relocation Services s.r.o. a nachází se zde její podrobnější popis. Na základě rozhovorů s manažerem společnosti je ve čtvrté části sestavena SWOT analýza, ze které vyplývají navržená opatření, obsažené v části páté. Tato opatření by měla společnosti pomoci zlepšit obchodování se zákazníky a posílit konkurenceschopnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to describe the current status of CRM in the company of Santa Fe Relocation Services Ltd. and to propose measures that could improve itself competitiveness of the company. Bachelor thesis consists of five main parts. The first part is devoted only to theory. After this part followed by a description of the current situation in the company. The third part is focused on the itself company Santa Fe Relocation Ltd., and there is a detailed description. Based on interviews with manager of company is in the fourth part compiled the SWOT analysis, resulting from the proposed measures referred to in the fifth part. These measures should help the company to improve the business with customers and strengthen competitiveness. |
