| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výrobních procesů v DT Technologies CZ, s.r.o. Čtenář je seznámen s celým podnikem z hlediska jejich konkurence, zákazníka, produktů, procesů, podnikové kultury a dokumentace. Je provedena analýza výrobních procesů pomocí metod VSM a TOC. Ve spolupráci s těmito metodami jsou navrženy návrhy optimalizace jednotlivých pracovišť a na závěr se v diplomové práce nachází optimalizace celého výrobního procesu vzhledem k poptávce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the analysis of manufacturing processes in the specific company called DT Technologies CZ, s.r.o. The reader is acquainted with their competitors, customers, products, processes, corporate culture, and documentation. An analysis of manufacturing processes is made thanks to the usage of methods VSM and TOC. Eight proposes are suggested in conjunction with these methods and at the end of the thesis is the optimization of the entire manufacturing process due to demand. |
