| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci kusové výroby ve společnosti ept connector s.r.o. Na základě analýzy je pro optimalizaci stávajícího stavu procesu navrhnuta metoda 5S a na závěr jsou vyhodnoceny přínosy, náklady a doba návratnosti investice. První část práce je věnovaná společnosti ept connector s.r.o., její historii a organizaci. Další část je věnovaná procesům ve polečnosti a jejich následnému modelování v SW ARIS. Následuje část analýzy a optimalizace výrobního procesu pomocí metody 5S. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná ekonomickému zhodnocení vybrané metody, jsou popsány náklady a přínosy a v závěru je proveden výpočet doby návratnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on the optimization of the unit production in ept connector L.t.d. On the basis of the analysis 5S method is suggested to optimize the current state of the process and in conclusion the benefits, costs and payback period are evaluated. The first part is concentrated on the company ept connector L.t.d., its history and organization. The next part is focused on the processes in the company and their following modelling in the ARIS software. The following part contains the analysis and optimization of the production process using the 5S method. The last chapter is concentrated on the economic evaluation of the selected methods where the costs and benefits are described and finally the payback period is calculated. |
