| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "místní referendum" bylo popsání a porovnání jednotlivých referend uvedených v právním řádu České republiky podle jejich místa konání. V první kapitole byl rozebrán pojem demokracie, a to jak z hlediska historického vývoje, tak jeho blízkého vztahu k referendu. V následující kapitole bylo popsáno referendum celostátní, které se v České republice konalo pouze jednou a to v roce 2003, kdy se rozhodovalo o vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. V další kapitole byla provedena analýza krajského referenda. Vzhledem k tématu bakalářské práce, tvoří hlavní úsek konkrétní rozbor místního referenda. Byla popsána jeho právní úprava, závaznost, platnost a případný soudní přezkum. Poslední část tvoří stručný popis všelidového hlasování ve vybraných zemích Evropy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this bachelor's thesis titled ''local referendums'' was to describe and compare singular referendums stated in the legal system of the Czech Republic, according to their placement. The first chapter examins the term of democracy from historical view and in close connection to the referendums. The next chapter describes whole-state referendums, which took place only once in the Czech Republic, in the year 2003, as a part of a decision to join the European Union. The following chapter analyzes district referendums. The main part of the thesis is a breakdown of a specific local referendum. It´s legal definition, obligation, legal force and possible court re-examination has been described. The last part of the thesis contains a short description of people's vote in selected countries of Europe. |
