| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce definuje pojmy jako učitel, začínající učitel, reflexe, sebereflexe a SWOT analýza. Cílem je zjistit, zda je marketingová strategie SWOT analýza vhodným nástrojem pro sebereflexi pro začínající učitele v mateřských školách. Diagramy SWOT analýzy byly rozdány respondentům a následně vyhodnoceny. Zkoumání probíhalo mezi studentkami 3. ročníku Západočeské univerzity na Pedagogické fakultě, obor Učitelství pro MŠ. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis defines words as teacher, novice teacher, reflection, self-reflection and SWOT analysis. The aim is to find out the SWOT marketing strategy is a suitable tool for self-reflection for novice teachers in kindergartens. SWOT analysis diagrams were distributed to respondents and subsequently evaluated. The study was carried out among the students in the 3rd year of studies of the University of West Bohemia, the Faculty of Education, specializing in Teaching for Kindergartens. |
