| Abstract: | Plzeň byla bezesporu až do třicetileté války velmi významným a prosperujícím centrem. V politicky vypjaté době po vypuknutí stavovského povstání na sebe však Plzeňští upoutali pozornost. Následná bitva o Plzeň a další osud města jsou spojeny s osobou vojevůdce Petra Arnošta hraběte z Mansfeldu, jenž bývá označován za zrádce a přeběhlíka. Tato práce se pokouší specifikovat Mansfeldův postoj k okupovanému městu a zjišťuje, nakolik je možné se přiklonit ke stanovisku, že léta 16181621 byla nejtíživějším obdobím plzeňských dějin. |
| Abstract in different language: | Until the Thirty Years' War Pilsen was a very important and prosperous center. Pilsenians have drawn attention in times of a political tense after the outbreak of the Estates Uprising. The subsequent battle of Pilsen and later history of the city are connected with the leader of the army Petr Arnošt, the Count of Mansfeld, who is described as a traitor and defector. The thesis attempts to specify Mansfeld's attitude towards the occupied city and finds the extent to wich it is possible to agree that the years 1618 - 1621 were the most difficult period of Pilsen history. |
