| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem pokuty. V první kapitole rozebírá pojem delikt. Poté pojem přestupek. Kapitola třetí obsahuje základní informace o pokutách, za jakých okolností je lze uložit, podle jakých zásad se ukládají a vymáhají. Kapitola třetí demonstruje orgány, které pokuty ukládají, nebo projednávají. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the concept of fines. In the first chapter we analyze the concept of administrative offence. Then the concept of an offence. The third chapter contains basic information about fines, under what circumstances they can be imposing, under what principles are imposing and exacting. Chapter Three demonstrates the authorities imposing or discussing fines. |
