| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá personálním marketingem s důrazem na jeho uplatnění v podnikové praxi. Cílem teoretické části této práce je zejména komplexní popis personálního marketingu, jeho dělení na interní a externí část, použité nástroje, aspekty a další související témata. K poznatkům a definicím je využíváno odborné literatury a článků. Dílčím cílem praktické části je popis personálního marketingu společnosti Unicorn s důrazem na analýzu jednotlivých nástrojů. Hlavním cílem praktické části, který je definován již v úvodu, je vytvořit sadu doporučení, které povedou ke zlepšení personálního marketingu společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with personal marketing with the focus on the application in company practice. The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is the description of the personal marketing in the detail, its division into internal and external parts, used tools, the aspects and other related topics. The academic literature and articles are being used for definitions in theoretical part. The partial goal of practical part is to describe the personal marketing of Unicorn company with the main focus on analysis of the tools. The main aim of the practical part, which has already been defined in the introduction, is to propose a set of recommendations that should improve the personal marketing of the company. |
