| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje institutu svědka vystupujícím v trestním řízení podle českého právního řádu. Hlavní náplní práce je podrobné popsání procesního postavení svědka v trestním řízení, jeho práv a povinností a průběhu výslechu svědka. Práce se věnuje i stručnému nástinu ochrany svědka, konkrétně institutu utajeného svědka. Dále se práce zabývá stručným srovnáním české právní úpravy týkající se svědka v trestním řízení se slovenskou právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the institute of a witness in criminal proceedings under the legal order of the Czech Republic. The main content of the thesis is a detailed description of the procedural position of a witness in criminal proceedings, his right and obligations and the process of interrogation of a witness. The thesis also deals with a brief outline of witness protection, namely the institute of a concealed witness. The thesis also occupy with a brief comparison of the Czech legislation concerning the witness in criminal proceedings with the Slovak legislation. |
